Terms and Conditions for Metaverse Deployment by MAYAVER (A Division of AnandTech.)

1. Payment Terms: All payments are to be made to AnandTech. An upfront payment of 50% of the total amount is mandatory before commencing work on the Metaverse deployment. The remaining balance shall be settled upon project completion.

2. Content Provision: All content for the Metaverse is expected to be provided by the Client. Any custom modelling required will be charged on an hourly basis.

3. Copyright Adherence: AnandTech. commits to using only copyright-compliant materials. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials provided do not infringe copyright laws.

4. Accuracy of Information: AnandTech. is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information supplied by the Client.

5. Design Approval & Deployment:A demo will be provided to the Client for review. Upon thorough evaluation and approval of all features by the Client, deployment will proceed. Post-deployment changes or customization will not be entertained.

6. Updates: No custom code changes will be made post-deployment. Only standard updates released by AnandTech. will be made available to the Client.

7. Project Deadlines: Both parties will establish a timeline with milestones. Delays from the Client’s side in providing necessary content may result in project deadline extensions.

8. Costing & Changes: The estimated cost is based on initially agreed-upon requirements. Changes in requirements or delays can affect the final project cost.

9. Refunds: Since a comprehensive demo will be provided and approved by the Client before deployment, no refunds will be issued post-deployment.

10. Maintenance Fee: A maintenance fee amounting to 20% of the original project value will be charged annually.

11. Invoicing & Overdues: Invoices will be generated on milestone completion. Any invoice overdue by more than 10 days grants AnandTech. the right to halt project work.

12. Confidentiality: AnandTech. ensures confidentiality of Client information and will take measures against unauthorized disclosures.

13. Cancellation: Cancellation is valid only when mutually agreed upon in writing and when all due payments are cleared.

14. Termination: AnandTech. can terminate the agreement after giving a 5-day notice for material breaches that are not rectified.

15. Warranty: AnandTech. provides a 1-year warranty, ensuring the Metaverse application conforms to agreed specifications. Alterations by third parties void this warranty.

16. Disclaimer: Except for the expressed provisions, the services are provided “as is”. AnandTech. disclaims any warranties not explicitly stated in this agreement.

17. Modification of Terms: AnandTech. can modify these terms at its discretion. Continued use of the services post-modification signifies acceptance.

18. Applicability: These terms are specific to Metaverse deployments. Different projects might have separate terms and conditions.

19. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ranchi.

By availing the services of AnandTech., you, the Client, agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
